1 banana
1 cup apple
juice
4 ice cubes
Blend until

Ingredients
2 cups frozen
banana slices (approximately 2 medium
bananas)
1 cup ice
1-1/2 cups
vanilla rice or almond milk (or milk of your
choice)
1/4 cup natural
peanut butter
1/4 cup vanilla
yogurt (for probiotics)
2 Tbsp. honey
Directions
Place frozen banana slices and ice in the
bottom of a blender or the work bowl of food
processor, fitted with a metal blade. Pour
milk over fruit. Add remaining ingredients.
Puree until smooth. Serve immediately
If you don't have time to freeze the banana
slices in advance, just use regular bananas
and add more ice. OR you can have it on the
warmer-side which is actually better for
digestion |
